Porcelain and ceramic floors
Kitchens, living areas, whole homes. Old floor out, substrate flattened, new tile set and grouted.
- Large-format and plank tile
- Herringbone and pattern layouts
- Leveling clips on big formats
Porcelain, marble, travertine and large-format tile on floors, walls and backsplashes across Brevard County. Set by the owner, not a stranger.
Labor-only welcome. Most quotes go out the same day.
The three things that go wrong with tile happen before the first piece goes down.
Big porcelain needs a flat floor and a leveling system. Skip either and every edge catches light and toes. We flatten the substrate first, then set with leveling clips.
A layout that starts in the wrong spot ends with a sliver against the wall and joints that drift. We dry-lay and snap lines before mixing thinset.
Thin coverage under the tile means cracks and pops later. Full coverage with the right trowel and thinset for the material, back-buttered when the size calls for it.
Ceramic, porcelain, marble, travertine, mosaic. You supply it or we do.

Kitchens, living areas, whole homes. Old floor out, substrate flattened, new tile set and grouted.

Natural stone needs the right thinset, a clean cut and sealing. We do all three.

Kitchen backsplash, shower walls, accent walls. Tight cuts around outlets, windows and corners.
Every job starts as a bare floor or a demo pile. This is what it looks like when we leave.

What people ask before they text us about tile.
Yes. Most of our jobs are labor-only. You buy the tile you like, we bring the thinset, grout, leveling clips and tools, and we set it. Have it on site or tell us where to pick it up.
Yes. Large format needs a flat substrate, a leveling system and full thinset coverage. We flatten first, back-butter each piece and set with clips so edges stay even.
Yes. Natural stone gets white thinset so nothing bleeds through, wet-saw cuts, and a sealer after grouting. Travertine gets filled and sealed. Tell us the stone and we plan the install around it.
Yes. Old tile, old laminate, old vinyl, whatever is there comes out and gets hauled away. Then we flatten and prep the substrate before the new tile goes down.
By square footage, plus the pattern, tile size and how much demo and prep the floor needs. Herringbone costs more than straight-set; a flat slab costs less than one that needs leveling. You get a range from a photo and a fixed number at the walkthrough.
Text it with your ZIP. You get a tile price range back, usually the same day.
