Gaps that open up

Planks laid tight to the wall with no expansion gap buckle in Florida heat. Planks laid loose separate at the seams. We leave the right gap under the baseboard and lock every row tight.

Bumps you feel underfoot

Vinyl plank follows whatever is under it. A slab with dips shows every one. We grind the highs, fill the lows and check with a straightedge before laying the first row.

Transitions left for later

Doorways, tile to vinyl, carpet edges. Half-finished jobs end at a bare seam. We cut and set the trim, T-molding and reducers, same job, same crew.

What people ask before they text us about LVP and laminate.

I bought my vinyl plank at the store. Will you install it?

Yes. Most of our vinyl jobs are labor-only. You buy the planks, we bring the underlayment, leveling compound, trim and tools. Just have the boxes on site a day or two ahead so they acclimate.

Can you lay vinyl plank over my existing tile?

Sometimes. If the tile is solid, flat and the grout lines are shallow, a skim coat over it works. If it's cracked, hollow or uneven, we take it out. We tell you which at the walkthrough, not after.

Click-lock or glue-down, which should I get?

Click-lock floats and goes down faster, good for most rooms. Glue-down is stiffer and better for big open areas, rolling chairs and heavy furniture. Show us the room and we'll tell you which one fits.

Do you level the concrete slab first?

Yes, when it needs it. We run a straightedge across the slab, grind high spots and pour self-leveler in low ones. Planks follow whatever is under them, so this step is what keeps the floor from clicking and flexing later.

Do you do baseboards and transitions too?

Yes. Baseboard or quarter round, T-molding between rooms, reducers to tile, stair nose on steps. The job ends when every edge is trimmed, not when the last plank clicks in.
